С учетом продолжающегося нарастания напряженности, ниже официальная военная активность США и НАТО в странах Восточной Европы и республиках бывшего СССР с конца апреля по начало июня.
В этому году США на активность демонстрируемую ниже, выделили чуть более 760 млн. долларов. В следующем году бюджет планируется увеличить до 3,8 — 4 млрд. долларов.

The first of two convoys called Task Force Hell, which is under the command of Field Artillery Squadron, leaves from Rose Barracks, Germany to begin their 2400 km road march through six countries including Czech Republic, Poland, Latvia and Lithuania. The convoy will stop in several cities along the route to participate in vehicle static displays and community engagements before ending in Estonia to conduct several training exercises.
«It is very important,» said Sgt. 1st Class Paul Joseph, 3rd Platoon sergeant for Weapons Troop, 4th Squadron. «We emphasize mission readiness with vehicles, personnel and equipment. You always have to be ready to move within 96 hours to get to wherever part of the world. So, this is actually a practical exercise to ensure we are able to move and promote interoperability with our allies and with other nations while moving up to Estonia.»

This was the first time that Estonian Soldiers performed an urban operations training exercise with U.S. Soldiers.

«I am very proud that the 173rd is the unit here to represent the U.S. Army, but at the end of the day it’s all about building enduring relationships,» said Maj. Gary Dales, battalion executive officer.
This year the training event began May 4, and includes about 5,000 military members from US, Turkey, UK, Poland, Germany, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Azerbaijan and Qatar.

Instructing the training were Soldiers from the 3rd Battalion 15th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division. The training occurred within the 55-day program of instruction as part of JMTG-U. The soldiers of 1-72 Mech are the third rotational battalion to take part in the training.

Alabama Army National Guard is participating in Resolute Castle 16. This is nested inside Operation Atlantic Resolve, which is a United States Army and Europe-led multinational operation that strengthens U.S. and NATO allies’ partnerships.
Resolute Castle 16 is an ongoing joint-training mission taking place in Bulgaria, Estonia, Hungary, and Romania. U.S. forces are working with coalition forces to develop strong partnerships, working relationships and training initiatives. Alabama Army National Guard Soldiers are working alongside Romanian Land Forces to improve military infrastructure, develop engineering strategies and execute training plans.

Презентованное в мае исследование обосновывающее необходимость развертывания в Восточной Европе танковой бригады и дополнительных сил для отражения «угрозы российской агрессии».
Основные посылы:
1. НАТО в текущем состоянии не готов полноценно противодействовать российской армии, поэтому надо укрепить восточный фланг дополнительными войска и в первую очередь танковой бригадой.
2. Гипотетические боевые действия рассматриваются как высокоинтенсивные и в меньшей степени гибридные.
3. 85% потерь ВСУ на Донбассе списывают на воздействие артиллерии.
4. Вышеупомянутые учения рассматриваются как составной элемент стратегии по сдерживанию России.
5. Обосновывается необходимость усиления информационной войны по противодействию «российской пропаганде».

Как вы поняли, это агрессивная Россия угрожает самому миролюбивому блоку НАТО и нагло приближается к его границам. И это только официальная активность, а ведь есть еще и «серая» деятельность, отдельная тема связанная с ПРО, а так же активность ЦРУ, АНБ и других спецслужб, которые и вовсе не публичны. Полагаю, что не должно возникать вопросов на тему того, зачем в России создаются новые армии и дивизии на западном направлении. Фактически, в силовом отношении идет выстраивание вокруг границ России своеобразного санитарного кордона, который сейчас США наполняют военным содержанием. По сути из приграничных государств от Эстонии до Грузии, лишь Белоруссия обеспечивает разрыв в этой цепи находящихся под влиянием США государств, куда они выдвигают свою военную инфраструктуру. Сама эта стратегия отнюдь не нова, в 20-30х годах такие планы так же вынашивались в отношении СССР, когда Европа была больна идеей крестового похода против большевизма и образовавшиеся после Первой мировой войны лимитрофы рассматривались как удобные буферные зоны, используя которые можно сдерживать распространение влияния СССР или же как плацдармы для нападения на него, где амбиции и русофобия руководства подобных лимитрофов органично вписывались в различные планы войны против СССР.
«Расчленение России лежит в основе польской политики на востоке, поэтому наша возможная позиция будет сводиться к следующей формуле — кто будет принимать участие в разделе? Польша не должна остаться пассивной в этот замечательный исторический момент. Задача состоит в том, чтобы заблаговременно хорошо подготовиться и физически, и духовно. Главная цель — ослабление и разгром России»

В текущей реальности, нетрудно увидеть определенные аналогии, когда отпавшие при развале СССР лимитрофы возглавляются антироссийскими или вовсе русофобскими режимами, которые радостно смыкаются с военной активностью США, которые ныне озабочены фундаментальными изменениями Российского внешнеполитического курса. Правда стоит отметить, что как показывает печальная судьба Польши с ее наполеоновскими планами 30х годов, плата за участие в играх больших держав для таких государств как правило оказывается непомерной.
