Ситуация в зоне ответственности Народной милиции ЛНР продолжает оставаться стабильно напряженной.

За прошедшие сутки противник СЕМЬ раз нарушил режим прекращения огня. Обстрелам подверглись позиции наших подразделений в районах населенных пунктов КАЛИНОВКА, ЛОЗОВОЕ, НИЖНЕЕ ЛОЗОВОЕ, ЛОГВИНОВО, СОКОЛЬНИКИ и район памятника КНЯЗЮ ИГОРЮ. При обстрелах ВСУ применяли минометы калибром 120 и 82-мм, БМП, гранатометы и стрелковое оружие. Всего по территории Республики было выпущено СТО ВОСЕМЬДЕСЯТ мин и гранат.

Украинское командование продолжает систематически нарушать Минские соглашения, и использует задекларированный неоднократно в Минске режим прекращения огня для наращивания военного потенциала на линии соприкосновения. Тому подтверждением следующие факты:

в районе населенного пункта НОВОАЙДАР в ангарах одного из сельскохозяйственного предприятия, зафиксировано наличие ЧЕТЫРЕХ танков Т-64 и ПЯТИ 122-мм самоходных гаубиц 2С1 «Гвоздика»;

в ЛИСИЧАНСКЕ на заводе в механическом цеху установлен факт нахождения большого количества танков, артиллерийских орудий, а также боеприпасы к ним;

кроме того, отмечается прибытие подразделений 59 бригады для усиления 24 бригады, в связи с ее низкой укомплектованностью, слабой подготовленностью личного состава, крайне низкой дисциплиной и отсутствием правопорядка.

В рядах ВС Украины продолжают иметь место случаи небоевых потерь среди личного состава.

Так, несколько дней назад в районе н.п. ЦАРЕВКА (36 км от Луганска), в окрестностях газоконденсатной станции, на временной огневой позиции, военнослужащие 2 батальона 14 омбр ВСУ во время тренировки по огневой подготовке, допустили ошибку при обращении с минометом «Молот», в результате чего произошел разрыв мины в стволе. От разрыва миномета погибло ДВОЕ военнослужащих ВСУ и СЕМЕРО получили ранения. Среди погибших – командир 2 батальона 14 омбр капитан БУРАНОВ А.А.

В свою очередь, подразделения Народной милиции Республики не реагируют на провокации, которые регулярно устраивают ВСУ, и соблюдают Минские договоренности. Мы нацелены на решение конфликта на Донбассе мирным путем, но в случае обострения обстановки, оставляем за собой право решительными действиями освободить захваченные противником территории.

Вопрос: Какая ситуация сложилась на пункте пропуска в Станице Луганской?

Ответ: Люди, приходящие с украинской стороны жалуются, что не могут сутками попасть в ЛНР после решения режима Порошенко, об ужесточении, так называемой, блокады. Очередь, по их словам, иногда достигает более тысячи человек. Так же искусственно созданы условия, которые затрудняют переход КПВВ, в результате чего нацбатальоны наладили бизнес, продавая места в очереди, ставка начинается от 200 гривен.

The situation in the responsibility zone of the LPR People’s Militia continues to remain stably tense.

Over the past 24 hours there were seven occasions of violations of the ceasefire regime by the enemy. The positions of our units in the areas of the localities of Kalinovka, Lozovoye, Nizhneye Lozovoye, Logvinovo, Sokolniki, and the area of the monument to Rnyaz Igor were attacked. During shellings the enemy used mortars of 120 and 82 mm calibre, IFV cannons, grenade launchers and small arms. In total, 180 mortar rounds and grenades were fired at the Republic’s territory.

The Ukrainian Command continues to systematically violate the Minsk Agreements, and uses the ceasefire regime, repeatedly declared in Minsk, to build up military capabilities on the contact line. The following facts confirm this:

in the vicinity of the settlement Novoidar in hangars of one of the agricultural enterprises, the presence of four T-64 tanks and five 122-mm self-propelled howitzers 2S1 Gvozdika has been detected;

in Lisichansk at the plant in the mechanical shop there was established the fact of presence of a large number of tanks, artillery guns, as well as ammunition for them;

in addition, we note the arrival of units of the 59th brigade to strengthen the 24th brigade due to its low staffing, poor training of personnel, extremely low discipline and lack of law and order.

In the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, there continue to take place cases of non-combat casualties among personnel.

So, a few days ago in the vicinity of the locality of Tsaryovka (36 km from Lugansk), in the vicinity of the gas condensate station, on a temporary firing position, servicemen of the 2nd battalion of the 14 separate motorized brigade during the fire training made a mistake when dealing with the Molot mortar, which resulted in a mine explosion in the trunk. Two servicemen of the Ukrainian Armed Forces died and seven were wounded by a mortar’s rupture. Among the dead – the commander of the 2nd battalion of the 14 separate motorized brigade captain A. Buranov.

In turn, the People’s Militia’s units of the Republic do not react to provocations that are regularly organized by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and comply with the Minsk Agreements. We are aimed at resolving the conflict in Donbass peacefully, but in the event of an aggravation of the situation, we reserve the right to take decisive action to liberate the territories seized by the enemy.

Question: What is the situation with the checkpoint in Stanitsa Luganskaya?

Answer: People coming from the Ukrainian side complain that they cannot get into the LPR for days after the decision of Poroshenko’s regime to tighten the so-called blockade. The queue, according to them, sometimes reaches more than a thousand people. The conditions that make crossing of the checkpoint difficult are also artificially created, as a result of which nationalist battalions have established a business, selling places in a queue, the price starts from 200 hryvnia.
