Ситуация в зоне ответственности Народной милиции ЛНР остается напряженной.

За прошедшие сутки противник ТРИНАДЦАТЬ раз нарушил режим прекращения огня. Обстрелам подверглись позиции наших подразделений в районах населенных пунктов КАЛИНОВО, ЛОГВИНОВО, ЖЕЛОБОК, КАЛИНОВКА, ФРУНЗЕ, СОКОЛЬНИКИ и НИЖНЕЕ ЛОЗОВОЕ. При обстрелах применялись 120 и 82-мм минометы, БМП, гранатометы различных типов и стрелковое оружие. Всего по территории Республики было выпущено почти ТРИСТА снарядов, мин и гранат.

Украинское командование систематически нарушает условия нахождения тяжелого вооружения, запрещенного Минскими соглашениями, вдоль линии соприкосновения.

Так, сотрудники миссии ОБСЕ продолжают фиксировать отсутствующую технику ВСУ в местах отвода, среди которой 64 танка,
25 буксируемых гаубиц и 17 минометов. Отсутствие данной техники и вооружения фиксируется уже на протяжении длительного времени, а реакции со стороны украинских властей нет.

ВС Украины продолжают нести небоевые потери по причине чрезмерного употребления спиртных напитков. Так, стало известно, что
25 марта находясь на позиции в районе н.п. СТАНИЦА-ЛУГАНСКАЯ рядовой 1 батальона 14 мотострелковой бригады в состоянии алкогольного опьянения, нанес ножевые ранения ДВУМ офицерам своего подразделения, после чего скрылся. На данный момент офицеры находятся в отделении интенсивной терапии в г. ЛИСИЧАНСКЕ.

Военнослужащие этого же подразделения на протяжении долгого времени увеличивают себе денежное довольствие, фальсифицируя обстрелы своих позиций якобы со стороны подразделений НМ ЛНР. Очередной такой факт зафиксирован 24 марта.

В ближайшее время мы ожидаем обострение ситуации на участке ПЕРВОМАЙСК – КАЛИНОВО, связано это с планируемой ротацией подразделений 24 бригады на подразделения 59 бригады. И, исходя из имеющегося опыта, можно сделать вывод, о том, что интенсивность обстрелов на данном участке будет увеличена, по причине желания получить военнослужащими «свежей» бригады денежную надбавку за боевые действия.

В свою очередь, в подразделениях Народной милиции ЛНР идет плановая боевая подготовка, военнослужащие занимаются обслуживанием вооружения и военной техники, совершенствуют учебно-материальную базу. Также, на базе воинских частей Республики начаты сборы с резервистами артиллерийских подразделений, к которым привлечено 482 человека.

Мы не поддаемся на провокации ВС Украины и строго соблюдаем Минские соглашения, но в случае любых нарушений с украинской стороны, готовы действовать решительно.

The situation in the responsibility zone of the LPR People’s Militia remains tense.

Over the past 24 hours there were thirteen occasions of violations of the ceasefire regime by the enemy. The positions of our units in the areas of the localities of Kalinovo, Logvinovo, Zhelobok, Kalinovka, Frunze, Sokolniki and Nizhneye Lozovoye were attacked. During shellings the enemy used mortars of 120-mm and 82-mm calibre, IFV, grenade launchers of various types and small arms. In total, almost 300 projectiles, mortar rounds and grenades were fired at the Republic’s territory.

The Ukrainian Command systematically violates the conditions for heavy weapons presence, prohibited by the Minsk Agreements, along the contact line.

Thus, the OSCE mission continues to record absent equipment of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in places of disengagement, including 64 tanks, 25 towed howitzers and 17 mortars. The lack of this equipment and weapons has been recorded for a long time, and there is no reaction from the Ukrainian authorities.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to bear non-combat casualties due to excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages. So, it became known that on March 25, being on the position in the area of Stanitsa Luganskaya settlement, a private of 1 battalion of 14 motorized rifle brigade in a state of intoxication stabbed two officers of his unit, and then disappeared. At the moment, the officers are in the intensive care unit in the city of Lisichansk.

Servicemen of the same unit for a long time have been increasing their monetary allowance, falsifying the shelling of their positions allegedly by the units of the LPR People’s Militia. Another such fact was recorded on March 24.

In the near future, we expect an aggravation of the situation in the Pervomaysk-Kalinovo area; this is due to the planned rotation of the units of 24 brigades into 59 brigade units. And, based on the experience, it can be concluded that the intensity of shelling in this area will increase due to the desire to receive a cash bonus for military operations by the servicemen of the ‘fresh’ brigade.

In turn, the units of the LPR People’s Militia hold regular military training, servicemen are engaged in servicing weapons and military equipment, improving the educational and material base. Also, on the basis of the military units of the Republic, training camps were started with reservists of artillery units, which involve 482 people.

We do not succumb to the provocations of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and strictly stick to the Minsk Agreements, but in the event of any violations from the Ukrainian side, we are ready to act decisively.
