Если в политическом руководстве Китая принята играть бридж, то в Армении любят преферанс.

Мы недавно дали свой прогноз о геополитической ситуации в Армении:

Но через 4 дня геополитическая ситуация в Армении может быт изменена, в связи с выборами в парламент Армении, по правилам новой Конституции страны. Армения переходит от авторитарного- президентского управления к парламентскому управлению страны.

В новом парламенте Армении, после 2 апреля будут заседать 111 депутатов, среды них будут иметь свое постоянное и зафиксированное одно место представители других этнических общин Армении ( русские, курды, езиды и ассирийцы ). Расклад и состав участников партии и политических блоков в парламентской гонке держалась в тайне до последнего дня в регистрации в ЦИК Армении. Все было по жанру карточной игры в преферанс, а власти Армении начали играть «в тёмную».

В новый парламент стремятся попасть 3 партии и 6 политических блоков, союзов. Надо сразу сказать, что все реальные кандидаты в парламент Армении прошли тестирование в Администрации президента Армении. Раздача «карт –кандидатов» в депутаты была распределена между четырьмя геополитическими игроками в Армении: между Россией, США, ЕС ( Франция, Англия, Ватикан и Германия ) и Турцией.

Как известно: Префера́нс (фр. préférence — предпочтение, преимущество) — карточная игра со взятками. Взятки составляют главным инструментом во время выборов в парламент Армении. Префера́нс получила распространение в Армении в начале XXIвека. Игра ведется втроём или вчетвером (в последнем случае каждый игрок по очереди пропускает раздачу, что называется «сидит на прикупе») или вдвоём (тогда игру называют «гуса́рик»). Возможно играть и больше, чем вчетвером, но тогда игра теряет динамичность и интерес к ней снижается…Преферанс является коммерческой игрой, то есть такой игрой на деньги, в которой результат в большей степени определяется умением игрока, нежели везением, в отличие от азартных игр см. https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%9F%D1%80%D0%B5%D1%84%D0%B5%D1%80%D0%B0%D0%BD%D1%81.

Хозяином стола и главным раздатчиком геополитического преферанса в Армении разумеется является многоуважаемый президент Армении. Так как, по законам новой Конституции, президент страны должен быть выбран депутатами нового парламента Армении, следовательно — ныне действующий президент страны, должен получить полностью контролируемый парламент. По этому мы не думаем, что будут новые сюрпризы. Но чтобы реализовать задуманное, Президент страны распределил карты-мандаты новых депутатов по мировым геополитическим акторам, которые представлены в Армении. Для этого, президент Армении за последний месяц посетил Францию, Москву, Германию и Брюссель – для получения «одобрямс» из этих центров. С президентом США Дональдом Трампом аудиенция не получилась, но это не так и важно, потому что разные структуры США глубоко интегрированы во все важные руководящие органы власти Армении.

По правилам геополитического преферанса, все вышеупомянутые мировые центры должны имеют своих депутатов в новом парламенте Армении. Чтобы никого не обидеть! Господину президенту нужны гарантии от этих геополитических центров, после своего ухода от должности президента Армении. Хотя по его заявлению: «он может остаться в Армении и после своей отставки — в ранге Секретаря Совета Безопасности страны или Министром Обороны Армении». Наши эксперты не исключают и другие варианты, в том числи и возможность президент Армении стать новым министром объединенного Министерства Гос Безопасности и Полиции Армении.

Теперь о «джокерах», которые руководства Армении «раздала» по разным игрокам геополитического преферанса под называнием парламентские выборы:

В новом составе Парламента Армении группа прозападных депутатов будет самое многочисленное и по нашим прогнозам: 35-40 человек, что составит примерно 40% от состава нового парламента страны.

Париж, как политический спонсор Армении, после распада СССР — начиная с 1991 года по сей день, взял свое: кроме передачи всех запасов питьевой воды Армении в собственность французской компании «Veolia» , 8-го марта во время своего визита в Париж, президент Армении дал обещание «пропихнуть» в парламент Армении франк — масонов из состава «Республиканской Партии Армении», Партии «Возрожденная Армения» , « Армянского Конгресса» — первого президента Армении Л.   2. Интересы Англии, Ватикана, Германии и Турции в новом парламенте Армении будут представить несколько кандидатов от « Республиканской Партии Армении», от « Союза Выход», и от «Армянской Революционной Партии — Дашнакцутюн». В новом составе парламента Армении они «возьмут» до 30 мест, это примерно составит 27% от общего числа депутатов парламента. Тут надо заметить, что « Союз Выход» был создан как : «подарок» от президента Армении для президента США. По нашим подсчетам, они «наберут» ( правильнее сказать: для них нарисуют) до 8% от нового состава парламента , что составит до 10 человек. Вероятность попадания в парламент Армении второго про-американского блока политических партии «ОРО» на сегодня очень мало и они могут набрать меньше 4%.

В Кремле, 15 марта после встречи с президентом РФ, президент Армении обещал оставить в должности Премьер-министра Армении — про-российского «Газпромовского менеджера» К.Карапетяна : См.http://kremlin.ru/events/president/news/54043 иhttp://www.prezidentpress.ru/news/4571-arabo-evreyskoe-nato-ustranit-li-izrail-prezidenta-rossii-s-politicheskoy-areny.html. С первого взгляда получается, что в этом геополитическом преферансе выигрывает Россия, имея своего « кадра» в лице Главы правительства в новой Армении, с парламентским управлением страны. В новом парламенте Армении про-российских депутатов наберется максимум 12-13 человек, или 10% от нового состава парламента Армении.
    В чем интрига «победы России» в парламентской гонке Армении? На наш взгляд, российский кандидат – ныне действующий Премьер-министр и протеже господина Путина – К.Карапетян, единолично возглавляя открытую часть предвыборной компании правящей Республиканской Партии Армении ( у которого реальный рейтинг меньше 15%), давал обещание, что при переизбрании в Премьер-министра Армении, он с помощью России, обеспечить вложение (инвестиции) в экономику Армении — 3,2 миллиарда доллара США. И для это цели, 3 дня тому назад Москва перебросил «бизнес -десант» в Армению, во главе с другим российским «кадром», миллиардером С. Карапетяном из « Ташир» Групп. Как всем известно, все эти российские и не — российские миллиардеры участвуют в геополитических играх в других странах, только с разрешения секретных служб РФ и других держав. Мы считаем, что К.Карапетян останется в должности Премьер –министра Армении на срок максимум до марта 2018 года. А Россия, не будет, да и не сможет инвестировать в экономику Армении этих обещанных денег. В этом случае, обещания, данное президентом Армении господину Путину в Кремле 15 марта, о том что он не сменит про-российского Премьер-министра с должности, спокойно может быть аннулировано, потому что Россия не смогла обеспечивать этот объем инвестиции и денег. Как мы вам и говорили в начале статьи: Преферанс является коммерческой игрой, то есть игрой на деньги…

И самое главное: 95% от всего состава будущих депутатов нового парламента Армении являются «кадрами» президента Армении, двойными служащими спец служб разных геополитических центров мира. Да и президент Армении, как хозяин нашего «геополитического преферанса» , может объявить досрочные президентские выборы через пол года, для начинания своей новой игры — в «геополитический бридж».

But in 4 days the geopolitical situation in Armenia can life is changed, in connection with parliamentary elections of Armenia,by rules of the new Constitution of the country. Armenia passes from the authoritative — presidential management to parliamentary management of the country.

In new parliament of Armenia, after April 2 111 deputies will sit, Wednesdays them representatives of other ethnic communities of Armenia (Russians, Kurds, Yazidi and Assyrians) will take the constant and recorded one place. On it we don’t think that there will be new surprises.But to realize conceived, the President of the country distributed maps mandates of new deputies onworld geopolitical actors who are presented in Armenia.For this purpose, the president of Armenia for the last month visited France, Moscow, Germany and Brussels – for receiving «approves» from these centers. Our experts don’t exclude also other options, in that count also opportunity the president of Armenia to become the new ministerof the joint Ministry of State Safety and Police of Armenia.

Now about «jokers» who the leaderships of Armenia «distributed» on different players of geopolitical preference under naming parliamentary elections:

The probability of hit in parliament of Armenia of the second pro-American block of political party of «ORO»isn’t enough for today and they can gain less than 4%.

    In what intrigue of «victory of Russia» in parliamentary race of Armenia? In our opinion,the Russian candidate – the current Prime minister and the protege mister Putin – K. Karapetyan, individually heading open part of the pre-election company of ruling Republican Party of Armenia (at which real rating less than 15%), I made the promise that at re-electionin the Prime minister of Armenia, it by means of Russia to provide an investment (investments)into economy of Armenia — 3,2 billion US dollar. And for this purpose the purposes, 3 days ago Moscow threw «business — a landing» to Armenia, led by other Russian «shot», the billionaire S. Karapetyan from «Tashir» of Groups. As all know, all these Russian and not — the Russian billionaires participate in geopolitical games in other countries, only with the permission of secret services of the Russian Federation and other powers. We consider that K. Karapetyan remains as the Prime minister of Armenia for term at most till March, 2018. And Russia, won’t be and won’t be able to invest in economy of Armenia of this promised money.In this case, promises, given by the president of Armenia to mister Putin in the Kremlin on March 15, about that that it won’t replace about — the Russian Prime minister from a position,can be quietly cancelled because Russia couldn’t provide this volume of investment and money. And most important: 95% of all structure of future deputies of new parliament of Armenia are «shots» of the president of Armenia, double employees of special services of the different geopolitical centers of the world. And the president of Armenia as the owner of ours of «geopolitical preference»,can declare early presidential elections through a floor of year, for undertaking of the new game — to «the geopolitical bridge».
