Ситуация в зоне ответственности Народной милиции ЛНР продолжает оставаться напряженной.

Противник сместил зону провокационных обстрелов в сторону Луганского направления, и жители г. Луганска и окрестностей вчера могли сами услышать, как Украина соблюдает «режим тишины». За прошедшие сутки ВСУ ШЕСТЬ раз нарушил режим прекращения огня. Обстрелам подверглись районы населенных пунктов ПЕТРОВЕНЬКИ, ЛОЗОВОЕ, ВЕСЕЛОГОРОВКА, ХОРОШЕЕ, ПРИШИБ, КАЛИНОВО. При обстрелах ВСУ применяли 120-мм минометы, БМП, гранатометы различных типов, зенитные установки и стрелковое оружие. Всего по территории Республики было выпущено более СТА ШЕСТИДЕСЯТИ снарядов, мин и гранат.

В результате украинских обстрелов ОДИН военнослужащий получил тяжелое ранение.

Украинские силовики продолжают проведение усиления позиции на линии соприкосновения. Так, южнее населенного пункта ПОПАСНАЯ, около 3 км от линии боевого соприкосновения, выявлена огневая позиция ТРЕХ 120-мм минометов из состава 24 бригады ВСУ. Установлено, что именно с этой позиции украинские силовики ведут провокационные обстрелы территории Республики.

Также, в районе н.п. ТРОИЦКОЕ выявлены минометные огневые позиции расчетов минометной батареи 54 бригады, которые перемещаются вдоль линии боевого соприкосновения для провокационных обстрелов позиций НМ ЛНР.

ВС Украины продолжают нести небоевые потери по причине чрезмерного употребления спиртных напитков. Так, стало известно, что
1 марта находясь на боевой позиции в районе н.п. КРЫМСКОЕ военнослужащие 93 омбр употребили спиртные напитки, и после старший лейтенант НЕЧАЕВ М.Ф. из автомата застрелил рядового ГОНЧАРУКА В.С., а 15 марта в районе н.п. ЛИСИЧАНСК военнослужащий этой же бригады младший сержант СТАЦЕНКО Г.А. скончался в результате алкогольного отравления.

Кроме того, нам стало известно, что подразделения СБУ, после провала диверсионной группы 8 полка ВСУ, активно проводят мероприятия по вербовке местного населения ЛНР, которые переходят на подконтрольную Киеву территорию для оформления пенсий, и других нужд. Субъектами вербовки служат, так же, и родственники военнослужащих НМ. После выявления родственных связей с военнослужащими НМ, СБУ прибегает к шантажу, запугиванию, зачастую применяя физическую силу. Это подтвердили и представители ООН по правам человека в своем отчете, в котором сказано, что с начала года, на пунктах пропуска скончались СЕМЬ человек, а одним из факторов скоропостижной смерти служат допросы СБУ. Это в очередной раз подтверждает, что Украина как правовое государство перестала существовать.

В свою очередь, подразделения Народной милиции ЛНР не реагируют на провокации, которые регулярно устраивают украинские силовики, и строго соблюдают Минские договоренности. Но это не означает, что ВСУ все дозволено, и в случае грубых нарушений со стороны Украины, мы оставляем за собой право решительными действиями освободить территории, захваченные ВСУ.

The situation in the LPR responsibility zone remains quite tense.
The enemy moved the provocative shelling zone towards Lugansk, and the citizens of Lugansk and its outskirts could hear how the Ukrainian side was observing the ‘ceasefire’. For the last 24 hours six occasions of ceasefire violations were recorded on the AFU part. The positions of our units in the areas of the localities of Petrovenky, Lozovoye, Vesyologorovka, Khorosheye, Prishib, Kalinovo, were attacked. During shellings the enemy used mortars of 120 calibre, IFV arms, mortars of various types, high-angle mountings, grenade launchers and small arms. In total, over 160 mortar shells and missiles were launched onto the republic’s territory.
The Ukrainian shelling resulted in one soldier being seriously wounded.

Ukrainian forces continue to step up their positions on the contact line. Thus, southwards from Popasnaya locality, about 3 km away from the contact line, the fire positions of three 120 mm calibre mortars of the 24th Ukrainian brigade were detected. It was established that the provocative shellings of the Republic’s territory were conducted from those positions.
Multiple mortar firing positions of the 54th mortar batteries’ squad, which are moving along the contact line aiming at provocative shelling of the LPR People’s Militia positions, were detected near Troitskoye locality.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces continue to take noncombat casualties caused by the alcohol intoxication. Thus, it was discovered that on March 1, while being on the fighting position near Krymskoye locality, soldiers of 93rd separate mechanized brigade bent the elbow, and then, senior lieutenant Nechayev M. F shot the private Goncharuk V. S. with the automatic gun, on March 5, in Lisichansk locality’s area a soldier of the same brigade, corporal Statsenko G. A. perished as a result of the alcohol intoxication.

Apart from it, we discovered that after the failure of the 8th Ukrainian regiment’s sabotage group, the Ukrainian Security Service’s units undertake actions on recruiting the LPR local citizens, who enter the Kiev-controlled territory to apply for pensions and other needs. The LPR soldiers’ relatives are also recruited. Having identified family bounds with the LPR soldiers, the Ukrainian Security Service applies blackmailing, horrification, often using violence. The UN human rights representatives confirmed it in their report, in which it was pointed out that seven people had died at the checkpoints from the beginning of the year, and one of the factors of the sudden death is the State Security’s questionings. It proves that Ukraine has ceased its existence as the rule-of-law state.

In their turn, the LPR People’s Militia units do not react to the regular Ukrainian provocations and strictly follow the Minsk Agreements. But it doesn’t mean that Ukrainian forces can do whatever they want, and in case of serious violations on the Ukrainian part, we reserve the right to rigorously liberate the Kiev-controlled territories.
