Ситуация в зоне ответственности Народной милиции ЛНР имеет тенденцию к стабилизации.

За прошедшие сутки противник ДВА раза нарушил режим прекращения огня. Обстрелам подверглись позиции наших подразделений в районах населенных пунктов КАЛИНОВКА и КАЛИНОВО. При обстрелах ВСУ применяли минометы калибром 120 и 82-мм, гранатометы и стрелковое оружие. Всего по территории республики было выпущено ТРИДЦАТЬ ЧЕТЫРЕ мины и гранаты.

Украинское командование продолжает нарушать условия Минских соглашений, а именно пункт № 8, рамочного решения о разведении сил и средств, от линии боевого соприкосновения, и использует режим прекращения огня для наращивания сил и средств в демилитаризованной зоне.

На участке разведения в районе н.п. ЗОЛОТОГО осуществляется минирование местности подразделениями ВСУ. Данный факт подтверждают и наблюдатели СММ ОБСЕ, которыми зафиксировано, по меньшей мере,
50 противотанковых мин в поле, в пределах демилитаризованного участка.

Руководство Украины продолжает прибегать к услугам иностранных наемников в зоне «АТО». Нами установлено, что в зоне ответственности 14 бригады, в населенном пункте ВАЛУЙСКОЕ Станично-Луганского района находится подразделение иностранных наемников.

Так, после очередной перестрелки между ВСУ и наемниками, под перекрестный огонь попал подросток из н.п. ВАЛУЙСКОЕ. 15-летнего юношу с пулевым ранением левого бедра доставили в больницу пгт Станица Луганская, где он и рассказал, что получил пулевое ранение у собственного дома, на улице Октябрьской, в результате разборок 16 марта, вечером, между украинскими силовиками и наемниками.

Кроме того, мы вновь получаем сведения о крайне низком морально-психологическом состоянии бойцов ВСУ.

Так, 18 марта около 17:30, на одном из КНП 1 мб 24 омбр военнослужащие ВСУ, находящиеся в состоянии алкогольного опьянения, производили разгрузку автомобиля «ЗИЛ» с боеприпасами. В результате неосторожного обращения со снарядами произошёл взрыв. В результате взрыва погибло 2 военнослужащих ВСУ, 4 получили ранения различной степени тяжести.

Отмечаю, что подразделения Народной милиции ЛНР не реагируют на провокации, поддерживая «режим тишины» и соблюдают Минские договоренности. Мы нацелены на решение конфликта на Донбассе мирным путем, но в случае обострения обстановки, НМ ЛНР оставляет за собой право решительными действиями освободить захваченные противником.

The situation in the responsibility zone of the DPR People’s Militia has a tendency towards stabilization.

Over the past day, there were registered two occasions of ceasefire violations by the enemy. Our units’ positions were attacked near the localities of Kalinovka and Kalinovo. Mortars of 120mm and 82mm calibre, grenade launchers and small arms were used by the AFU while shelling. A total of 34 mortar shells and grenades were launched onto the Republic’s territory.

The Ukrainian command continues to violate the terms of the Minsk Agreements, namely article No. 8, the framework decision on the withdrawal of forces and assets from the contact line, and uses the ceasefire to build up forces and assets in the demilitarized zone.

The AFU units are planting mines at the disengagement site in the vicinity of Zolotoye village. This fact was confirmed by the OSCE CMM observers, who had detected at least 50 antitank mines in the field within the demilitarized section.

The leadership of Ukraine continues to resort to the services of foreign mercenaries in the ‘ATO’ zone. We have established that in the responsibility zone of the 14th brigade, in the village of Valuiskoye in the Stanichno-Lugansky district there is deployed a unit of foreign mercenaries.

So, after another shootout between the AFU and the mercenaries, a teenage boy came under cross-fire in Valuiskoye village. A 15-year-old young man with a bullet wound of the left thigh was taken to the hospital of Stanitsa Luganskaya urban type settlement, where he told that he had received a bullet wound in his own house, on Oktyabrskaya Street, as a result of internal squabbles between Ukrainian military and mercenaries in the evening on March 16.

In addition, we again receive information about the extremely low moral and psychological state of the AFU fighters.

For instance, on March 18 at about 5:30 pm, at one of the monitoring posts of the 1st mechanized brigades of the 24th separate mechanized brigade, the AFU soldiers, who were in a state of intoxication, were unloading a ZIL vehicle with ammunition. As a result of careless handling of shells, an explosion occurred. As a result of the explosion, two servicemen of the AFU were killed, four got wounds of varying severity.

I would like to note that units of the LPR People’s Militia do not react to provocations, supporting the ‘silence regime’ and respecting the Minsk Agreements. We are aimed at settling the conflict in Donbass peacefully, but in case if the situation gets aggravated, the LPR People’s Militia reserves the right to take decisive actions to liberate the territories seized by the enemy.
