Ситуация в зоне ответственности Народной милиции ЛНР остается напряженной.

За прошедшие сутки противник ДВЕНАДЦАТЬ раз нарушил режим прекращения огня. Обстрелам подверглись позиции наших подразделений в районах населенных пунктов: ЛОГВИНОВО, НИЖНЕЕ ЛОЗОВОЕ, ЛОЗОВОЕ, КАЛИНОВКА, НИКОЛАЕВКА и в районе памятника «КНЯЗЮ ИГОРЮ». При обстрелах ВСУ применяли минометы калибром 120 и 82-мм, БМП, гранатометы и стрелковое оружие. Всего по территории республики было выпущено СТО ШЕСТЬДЕСЯТ ТРИ мины и снаряда. Потерь нет.

Украинское военное преступное руководство не намерено соблюдать достигнутые соглашения о сохранении режима прекращения огня, и предпринимает все для дальнейшей эскалации конфликта на юго-востоке Украины.

Украинские силовики усилили разведку на линии соприкосновения в Донбассе, в том числе, и с помощью, запрещенных Минскими соглашениями, БПЛА. Особо активно используют БПЛА военнослужащие 14 бригады ВСУ, с целью вскрытия передовых позиций НМ и перемещения сил и средств по территории Республики.

Наша разведка продолжает фиксировать новые случаи дезертирства в рядах ВСУ. В подразделениях 54 бригады ВСУ на минувшей неделе только за 11 марта самовольно оставили свои подразделения ТРОЕ военнослужащих. Кроме того, СЕМЕРО военнослужащих были задержаны в состоянии алкогольного опьянения. Данные факты свидетельствуют о неудовлетворительном морально-психологическом состоянии личного состава ВСУ и не способности командиров, обеспечить правопорядок и дисциплину в своих подразделениях.

В связи с чем, ожидается прибытие в зону, так называемой, АТО, комиссии под руководством министра обороны Украины генерала армии С.ПОЛТОРАКА для наведения элементарного порядка в разложившихся частях ВСУ. При этом, накануне данной инспекции, в зону ответственности ОТГ «Луганск» для заметания следов своей бездеятельности прибыл командующий «АТО» генерал-лейтенант Р.ХОМЧАК.

НМ ЛНР, как и раньше, строго соблюдает достигнутые в Минске договорённости, не отвечая на провокации украинских силовиков. Мы по-прежнему рассчитываем на мирное урегулирование конфликта на Донбассе, но, как говорит пословица: «Хочешь мира — готовься к войне».

Для этого в подразделениях НМ продолжается плановая боевая подготовка, в ходе которой, в условиях, максимально приближённых к боевым, военнослужащие НМ совершенствуют навыки полевой выучки на полигонах. Также, большое внимание уделяется изучению современных образцов техники противовоздушной обороны и артиллерийских систем.

Кроме того, инженерными подразделениями НМ обеспечивается проведение мероприятий разминирования участков местности от неразорвавшихся боеприпасов, в том числе вблизи дорог, ведущих к пунктам пропуска на сопредельную территорию, находящуюся под контролем ВСУ.

The situation in the responsibility zone of the LPR People’s Militia remains tense.

Over the past 24 hours there were twelve occasions of violations of the ceasefire regime by the enemy. The positions of our units in the areas of the localities of Logvinovo, Nizhneye Lozovoe, Lozovoe, Kalinovka, Nikolayevka and in the area of the monument to Knyaz Igor were attacked. During shellings the enemy used mortars of 120 and 82 mm calibre, IFV cannons, grenade launchers and small arms. In total, one hundred and sixty-three mortar rounds and shells were fired at the republic’s territory. No casualties reported.

The Ukrainian military criminal leadership does not intend to comply with the agreements reached to maintain the ceasefire, and is doing everything to further escalate the conflict in the southeast of Ukraine.

The Ukrainian security forces intensified reconnaissance on the contact line in Donbass, including UAVs, banned by the Minsk Agreements. Servicemen of the 14 brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces particularly actively use UAVs in order to reveal the front positions of the PM and the movement of forces and facilities across the territory of the Republic.

Our intelligence continues to record new cases of desertion in the AFU ranks. In the units of the AFU 54 brigade last week, only for March 11, three soldiers left their units without permission. In addition, seven servicemen were detained in a state of intoxication. These facts testify to the unsatisfactory moral and psychological state of the personnel of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and to inability of commanders to ensure law and order and discipline in their units.

In this connection, the arrival in the so-called ‘ATO’ zone of a commission under the leadership of the Minister of Defense of Ukraine, General of the Army S.Poltorak, is expected to bring discipline to the deployed AFU military units. At the same time, on the eve of this inspection, Lieutenant-General R.Khomchak, ‘ATO’ commander of the operational-tactical group «Lugansk,» arrived in the zone of responsibility to sweep through his inactivity.

The LPR People’s Militia, as before, strictly observes the agreements reached in Minsk, not responding to provocations by Ukrainian security forces. We continue to count on a peaceful settlement of the conflict in Donbass, but, as the proverb says, «If you want peace, prepare for war.»

To this end, the People’s Militia units conduct scheduled military training, during which, in conditions as close as possible to combat, PM servicemen improve the skills of field training at the training grounds. Also, much attention is paid to the study of modern models of air defense technology and artillery systems.

In addition, PM engineering units supervise demining activities in the areas from unexploded ordnance, including near roads leading to checkpoints on adjacent territory that is under the control of the AFU.
