Ситуация в зоне ответственности Народной милиции остается напряженной. Украинская сторона продолжает нарушать режим прекращения огня, который был введен с 9 февраля по согласованию обеих сторон конфликта.

Так, за прошедшие сутки украинские силовики ПЯТНАДЦАТЬ раз подвергли обстрелу позиции наших подразделений в районах населенных пунктов: СМЕЛОЕ, КРУТАЯ ГОРА, ФРУНЗЕ, СОКОЛЬНИКИ, КАЛИНОВКА, НИЖНЕЕ ЛОЗОВОЕ, САНЖАРОВКА, КАЛИНОВО, ЛОЗОВОЕ, ЛОГВИНОВО.

По территории Республики было выпущено ВОСЕМЬДЕСЯТ ТРИ мины и боеприпаса из минометов калибром 82-мм, БМП, гранатометов,
23-мм зенитных установок и стрелкового оружия.

Кроме того, украинское командование продолжает нарушать условия размещения военной техники вдоль линии соприкосновения, предусмотренные Минскими соглашениями, и использует режим прекращения огня для наращивания сил и средств в зоне, так называемой, «АТО».

Выявлено, что в район н.п. НОВОЗВАНОВКА, где располагается одно из подразделений 24 механизированной бригады ВСУ, на позиции временного опорного пункта, прибыли ТРИ БТР и ТРИ грузовых автомобиля с боеприпасами.

В районе 1 км севернее ОРЕХОВО в урочище КАЗЕННОЕ зафиксированы огневые позиции ДВУХ 122-мм САУ «Гвоздика» из состава 93 бригады ВСУ.

Продолжает поступать информация о новых случаях небоевых потерь в рядах ВС Украины.

Так, после распития спиртных напитков военнослужащими 1 батальона 54 бригады ВСУ, дислоцированного в районе населенного пункта ВИДРОДЖЕНИЯ, в результате внутренней разборки получили ножевые ранения ТРОЕ военнослужащих бригады.

По информации от местных жителей н.п. ПОПАСНАЯ подтверждаются факты мародерства и незаконного занятия жилых помещений военнослужащими 2 батальона 24 бригады ВСУ, располагающегося в районе данного населенного пункта. В местный отдел полиции от жителей подано уже более 15 заявлений по данным фактам.

Факты незаконного занятия военнослужащими ВСУ домов мирных жителей в населенных пунктах вблизи линии соприкосновения подтверждают и данные в отчетах Миссии ОБСЕ. Так в отчете Миссии от 10 февраля 2017 г. говориться о ДВУХ частных домах населенного пункта МАЛИНОВОЕ, Станично-Луганского района, занятых военнослужащими ВСУ.

Все это, в очередной раз, подтверждает то, что украинская сторона не желает мирным путем урегулировать сложившуюся ситуацию на Донбассе и игнорирует все соглашения и договоренности, достигнутые Трехсторонней контактной группой в Минске.

Уже всей мировой общественности понятно, что вместо конкретных действий по достижению мира, администрация Порошенко настойчиво пытается добиться решения конфликта военным путем и сорвать процесс нормализации российско-американских отношений.

Народная милиция ЛНР, в свою очередь, неукоснительно соблюдает Минские договоренности, но в случае их срыва украинской стороной готова действовать решительно.

Мы продолжаем повышать уровень профессионализма личного состава и готовность к выполнению задач по защите и безопасности народа Республики.

Сегодня, во 2 отряде НМ ЛНР среди подразделений специального назначения прошли соревнования по рукопашному бою. Победители были награждены ценными призами.

The situation in the People’s Militia responsibility zone remains tense. The Ukrainian party continues violating the ceasefire regime which was put into effect since February 9 and coordinated by both parties to the conflict.

So, over the past day Ukrainian military 15 times shelled our units’ positions near the following localities:  Smeloye, Krutaya Balka, Frunze, Sokolniki, Kalinovka, Nizhneye Lozovoye, Sanzharovka, Kalinovo, Lozovoye, Logvinovo.

The Republic’s territory was hit by 83 shells launched with mortars of 82mm calibre, IFV arms, grenade launchers, 23mm antiaircraft mounts and small arms.

Besides, the Ukrainian command continues violating the terms of military equipment’s placement along the contact line provided by the Minsk Agreements and takes advantage of the ceasefire regime for accumulation of forces and means in the so-called ‘ATO’ zone.

It was established that three armoured personnel carriers and three cargo vehicles with ammunition arrived at the positions of a temporary strong point in the vicinities of Novozvanovka locality, where one of the units of the 24th mechanized AFU brigade is deployed.

Firing positions of two 122mm self-propelled artillery mounts «Gvozdika» belonging to the 93rd AFU brigade were detected near the 1st km northwards from Orekhovo in the natural boundary Kazennoye.

We continue receiving information on new cases of noncombat losses in the AFU ranks.

So, three personnel of the 1st battalion of the 54th AFU brigade deployed near Vidrodzheniya locality got knife wounds in an internal squabble which emerged after drinking alcohol.

Citizens of Popasnaya locality confirm the facts of marauding and illegal seizure of premises by military personnel of the 2nd battalion of the 24th AFU brigade deployed near the locality. More than 15 applications on these facts have been submitted already to local police station.

The facts of illegal seizure of civilians’ houses in localities near the contact line by the AFU military personnel are confirmed by the OSCE Mission as well in its reports. So, in the Mission’s report of February 10, 2017 there were mentioned two private houses seized by the AFU personnel in the locality of Krymskoye of the Stanichno—Lugansky district.

All this, once again, confirms that the Ukrainian party doesn’t wish to settle the current situation in Donbass peacefully and ignores all the agreements and arrangements reached by the Tripartite Contact Group in Minsk.

It is clear Already to the whole world community that instead of specific actions on achievement of peace, Poroshenko’s administration persistently tries to get the conflict solved in the military way and to disrupt the process of the Russian-American relations’ normalization.

The LPR People’s Militia, in its turn, is strictly observing the Minsk Agreements, but is ready to act resolutely in case of their being failed by the Ukrainian party.

We continue improving the level of professionalism of personnel and readiness for performance of tasks on protection and security of the Republic’s people.

This day, in the 2nd detachment of the LPR People’s Militia there took place hand-to-hand fight competitions among special purpose units. Winners were awarded with valuable prizes.
