Ситуации на линии соприкосновения существенных изменений не претерпела.

Украинские каратели за прошедшие сутки ТРИ раза нарушили режим прекращения огня. Противник выпустил ДВАДЦАТЬ ЧЕТЫРЕ мины калибром 120 и 82 мм по позициям НМ ЛНР в районе н.п. КАЛИНОВКА.

Несмотря на относительное затишье, наша разведка продолжает фиксировать усиление позиций ВСУ вблизи линии соприкосновения. Так в районе населенных пунктов:

НОВОИВАНОВКА выявлены ТРИ района сосредоточения запрещенного вооружения, включая САУ, крупнокалиберную артиллерию, а также танков. По периметру этих мест организовано охранение за счёт подразделений Национальной гвардии;

БОЛОТЕННОЕ выявлено ДВА РСЗО «Град», а также портативные устройства для стрельбы реактивными снарядами «ПАРТИЗАН»;

СМЕЛОЕ отмечается деятельность подразделения ДУК «Правый Сектор» численностью до ШЕСТИДЕСЯТИ человек.

Данные о нарушениях Минских договоренностей переданы представителям СЦКК и Миссии ОБСЕ.

По итогам работы комиссии штаба «АТО» в 14 бригаде ВСУ, было установлено низкое морально-психологическое состояние всех категорий военнослужащих и дана крайне низкая оценка боевой готовности. Отягчающим фактором является повсеместное употребление личным составом алкогольных напитков, несмотря на введение высоких штрафов. В связи с этим, после 15 января спланировано проведение ротации личного состава из зоны «АТО».

Мы продолжаем фиксировать «праздничные», небоевые, потери в рядах ВСУ. За прошедшие сутки украинские боевики недосчитались ЧЕТВЕРЫХ военнослужащих. В частности:

в 24 бригаде ТРОЕ военнослужащих ВСУ, находясь в состоянии алкогольного опьянения, задохнулись угарным газом;

в 93 бригаде во время застолья при демонстрации мастерства обращения с автоматом, во время выполнения перезарядки ударом приклада об пол, в результате выстрела погиб ОДИН военнослужащий.

В подразделениях Народной милиции, в течение недели, проводятся сборы с командирами взводов, артиллерийскими корректировщиками и отрядами разграждения. Мы планово повышаем уровень профессионализма и готовность к выполнению задач по защите и безопасности народа Республики.

The situation on the contact line hasn’t changed significantly.

The Ukrainian punishers over the past day three times have violated the ceasefire regime. The enemy has launched 24 mortar rounds of 120 and 82 mm caliber onto the positions of the LPR People’s Militia near the locality of Kalinovka.

Despite relative ceasefire, our investigation continues registering the strengthening of  the AFU positions near the line of contact. So near the settlements of:

Novoivanovka – there were revealed three areas of concentration of the prohibited arms, including self-propelled artillery mounts, artillery of large caliber, and also tanks. The units of National Guard protect these places across the entire area;

Bolotennoye – there were revealed two units of MLRS ‘Grad’, and also portable devices for firing with «Partisan» rockets;

Smeloye – there is noted activities of the «Right Sector» unit consisting of up to 60 personnel.

Data on violations of the Minsk Agreements were transferred to the representatives of the JCCC and the OSCE Mission.

Following the results of the work of the ATO headquarters’ commission in the AFU 14th brigade, there was established the low morale and psychological condition of all categories of the military personnel and extremely low estimate of combat readiness was given. An aggravating factor is the universal use of alcoholic beverages by military personnel, despite the established high penalties. Regarding this, after January 15 there is planned a rotation of staff from the «ATO» zone.

We continue registering noncombat losses in the ranks of the AFU during New Year celebration. Over the last day last the Ukrainian fighters lost four servicemen. In particular:

in the 24th brigade three Ukrainian servicemen, being in a state of alcoholic intoxication, have choked on carbon monoxide;

in the 93rd brigade while having a festive dinner one serviceman killed himself, after having decided to show his skills in handling automatic machine. He hit the floor with the butt of the gun, and got a bullet in.

In the LPR People’s Militia units there were being held  the gatherings with the commanders of platoons, artillery spotters and groups of obstacle clearing within the week. We increase the level of professionalism and readiness for accomplishment of tasks on protection and security of the people of the Republic according to the plan.
