Новую концепцию стали воплощать сейчас в жизнь американцы и их южнокорейские союзники — в ходе военных учений они практически и всерьез начали отрабатывать точечные удары по КНДР, которые призваны физически ликвидировать ее высшее руководство во главе с товарищем Ким Чен Ыном. А также уничтожить структуры военного командования, ядерные объекты и ракетные базы — короче, все то, что делает Северную Корею опасной.

«Этот человек должен остро ощутить непосредственную опасность для своей собственной жизни, опасность, от которой невозможно убежать»,— примерно так разъясняет суть нового подхода президент Южной Кореи Пак Кын Хе. По ее мнению, только постоянный липкий страх может заставить лидера КНДР Ким Чен Ына пойти на корректировку провокационной политики Пхеньяна и отказаться от разработки ядерных и ракетных вооружений.

Сейчас в водах вокруг Южной Кореи проходят масштабные шестидневные учения с привлечением примерно 40 кораблей ВМС этой страны и ударной группы американского 7-го флота. В нее входят атомный авианосец «Рональд Рейган» и его сопровождение из шести кораблей, включая ракетный крейсер, ракетные эсминцы, атомную подводную лодку. Нечто похожее по масштабам бывало и раньше. Но сейчас появилось отличие — на сей раз упор сделан на практическое воплощение доктрины KMPR. Эту аббревиатуру можно расшифровать примерно как «Корея: массивное наказание и возмездие».

Речь идет об отработке внезапного превентивного удара крылатыми ракетами высокой точности по Северной Корее — в первую очередь по правительственным бункерам, где находится или может находиться Ким Чен Ын, а также по важнейшим объектам Пхеньяна и военной инфраструктуры. Не менее серьезные учения примерно с 10 октября проходят на Аляске. ВВС США отрабатывают на них взаимодействие с боевыми самолетами Южной Кореи и некоторых стран НАТО при проведении налетов на сильно укрепленные объекты, включая мощные подземные сооружения. Применяются, в частности, особые управляемые бомбы, способные пробивать толщу бетона.

Удары с воздуха предполагается дополнить прорывом на территорию КНДР групп спецназа, которые в условиях хаоса после превентивной атаки должны провести особые операции на северокорейской территории. Такие действия уже отрабатывались морской пехотой Южной Кореи весной нынешнего года. Базой для возможных десантов на побережье КНДР с прорывом вглубь ее территории должен стать остров Уллындо в Японском море, сообщала, в частности, токийская печать.

В Сеуле заявляют, что пойдут на превентивные удары такого рода только при получении информации о том, что КНДР готовится к боевому пуску своих ядерных ракет. Однако, как представляется, в случае успеха такой операции вряд ли кто-то будет всерьез разбираться, замышлял Пхеньян атаку или нет.

Ну, а в самой КНДР готовятся к празднествам — в январе, по некоторым данным, там будут впервые на государственном уровне пышно отмечать день рождения лидера страны Ким Чен Ына, которого в Сеуле и Вашингтоне так коварно готовятся ликвидировать. В Южной Корее ждут и других новостей с Севера — космическая разведка фиксирует повышенную активность на полигоне, где Пхеньян провел уже пять ядерных испытаний — последнее, если кто забыл, было в начале минувшего сентября.

Americans and their South Korean allies — began to realize the new concept now during military exercises they practically and seriously started working surgical strikes across Democratic People’s Republic of Korea which are urged to liquidate physically its top management led by companion Kim Jong Un. And also to destroy structures of military command, nuclear objects and rocket bases — are shorter, all that does North Korea dangerous.

«This person has to feel sharply direct danger to own life, danger from which it is impossible to escape» — approximately so explains an essence of new approach the president of South Korea Park Geun-hye. In her opinion, only the constant sticky fear can force the leader of Democratic People’s Republic of Korea Kim Jong Un to go for correction of provocative policy of Pyongyang and to refuse development of nuclear and missile armaments.

Now round South Korea pass the large-scale six-day exercise with attraction about 40 ships of Naval Forces of this country and a striking force of the American 7th fleet in waters. It includes a nuclear aircraft carrier «Ronald Reagan» and its maintenance from six ships, including the guided missile cruiser, rocket destroyers, the nuclear submarine. Something similar on scales happened earlier. But now there was a difference — this time emphasis is put on a practical embodiment of the doctrine of KMPR. This abbreviation can be deciphered approximately as «Korea: massive punishment and punishment».

It is about working off of a sudden preventive strike cruise missiles of high precision across Northern Korea — first of all on government bunkers where there is or can be Kim Jong Un, and also on the most important objects of Pyongyang and military infrastructure. Not less serious doctrines approximately since  October 10 pass on Alaska. However, as it is represented, in case of success of such operation hardly someone will understand seriously, planned Pyongyang attack or not.
